The club are pleased to announce that left sided defender, Tom Armitage, has returned to the club under a dual registration with Hinckley AFC. The former Burton Albion Academy graduate had a short spell with The Pitmen in the 2021/2022 season after joining from Nuneaton Borough FC and has subsequently been playing At Sutton Coldfield FC, joining Hinckley AFC in the summer.

Harry Harris said about his first signing since joining the Pitmen “We are very pleased to get Tom on board, he’s a fit lad who can get up and down the left side and has a good delivery. He will fit in perfectly with the way we want to play, so when he agreed to join us, I was delighted with that”.
