Experienced attacking midfielder James Carvell is the latest recruit to Harry Harris’s squad, joining today from the Pitmens rivals across the Chase, Stafford Rangers.
26 year old James is a product of Derby County’s youth system and also made a good number of appearances for Barnsley U23s. He also played football in the USA for Oregon State before returning to England playing for Basford United and Kettering Town before joining Stafford Rangers.
Harry Harris commented “James is a lad who’s played his football at higher levels, so his experience will be great for us. He’s 26 now and I feel I can get the best out of him. He’s a great addition to our squad”
James’ registration was completed earlier today and he will be available for the trip to Trafford FC tomorrow.
